Why did Congress want to revise the Articles of Confederation?

Favored small states gave power to tax and regulate trade.

Describe the Connecticut Compromise:
Ended stalemate between VA and NJ.

Describe the 3/5 compromise:
Forbids congress from blocking slave trade slaves count 3/5 of person pop culture.
